  • Why would you make a good flight attendant?
  • Would you be willing to relocate?
  • How do you handle stressful situations?
  • What would you do if you saw one of your colleagues being deliberately rude to a passenger?
  • What does the word uniform mean to you?
  • What does safety mean to you?
  • What is customer service to you?
  • Describe the way you work under a tight deadline or time restraint?
  • Tell me about a time when you had to make a quick decison.
  • How well do you work as a team player?
  • How do you you take direction?
  • What are your strengths and your weaknesses?
  • What is the difference between good customer service and excellent customer service?
